hello yesterday I sold a service,  banned two accounts, but 1 account later lifted the ban. I told him to read the terms of use, but he gave a low reputation score despite it. However, it is already written in my rules that the account can be opened. However, I wrote that the second ban will be made at half price. I want my score to improve.

Report the rep, and explain but Idk if you will get it removed since the ban got lifted if your providing a banned server also this is a forum bugs page, contact a staff member via pm.
