Hey brothers, today I uploaded the first video on my account. Im planning to upload a series of videos (mostly gameplays with my voice on background)

As far I know, 1000 subs and 4000 hours is mandatory before any cent came from them to me.

So, in this journey I have found services that means views and suscribers.

My question is are this services against YouTube policies?

If YOU have any tip for me, it will be good because I dont have previous experience magaging YouTube channels.
