Additional Information: Seller sold me a paypal account. Later he recovered account via ssn/phone and put a 2 step verification lock so i am unable to login
I managed to change mail pass so i have mail access.But paypal does not allow changing mail/phone number without phone verification,that is why i was unable to change that.
I recovered password thanks to mail access but unable to bypass 2 step verification from google authenticator
I am willing to give admin full mail and paypal account access,along with fullz used as a proof that i am unable to use this account.Not to mention the amount i lost because i am locked out of this account
