i feel like my computer is not using the 16gb of ram installed in it  am i right ? if so tell me what to do 

ram is 3600 mhz / CL18-22-22-42

Your PC will use the 16 GB of RAM, when it needs to use it all.

3. the reason you dont see that its using all the meroy is beacuse there is simpl not a procces that takes up all the ram. you can use proccess lasso to make appliucations use more ram.

isn't this mean i'm gonna overglock the pc ?
