am i wrong or my computer is not using it's full power ?

i feel like my computer is not using the 16gb of ram installed in it  am i right ? if so tell me what to do

Your PC will use the 16 GB of RAM, when it needs to use it all.

1. Go to bios and turn on XPM in bios to go from 2400mhz to 3600mhz or what ever you have if you have asus it might be acalled DOCP which you will find ineasy mode to the left.
2. Use meemory cleaner to automaticly cleare cache which is just ruinign the meory you have there is one on github that i ahev used. https://github.com/sec9/CleanerX-for-Gaming
3. the reason you dont see that its using all the meroy is beacuse there is simpl not a procces that takes up all the ram. you can use proccess lasso to make appliucations use more ram.
