now when you handle large amount of crypto in your wallet, the next day you wake up, you find it for example $50 less than the amount you saw yesterday. of course that is because of crypto going up and down

now which crypto of these 3 doesnt  go up/down much? BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT? 

or any advice of where to store the money because of course paypal is not safe due to its random limitations
