Additional Information: I made many exchanges with the seller in question, but just lately I lost 350 euros on an iban provided by him where he can not receive money, despite I sent him photos of the bank receipt with CRO code to prove that the transfer had happened successfully, but nothing, lost money.
I ask for an exchange of 280 euros for paypal to crypto, and he tells me explicitly that it takes 4 to 6 hours compared to iban to crypto, I accept the conditions. He gets the money on paypal without any problem, but make the transfer to his bank account where it took 4 to 6 hours, but it’s 72 hours that the seller does not give me news!
