just add the bot to the server first like u do with any other bot,
if you are trying to do this on servers that are not yours its probably impossible.

the bot is mine but we all got termed in the server and only the bot is there and i have the token and i can still use it

The thing is that it does work. Just not sure for your case here. Join the support server through the github page might be able to give you more help
