Doesn't sound like a good idea to scan anyone else's driver license as it can get you in trouble. I don't know your intentions but for sure if you were to look for a job using it you would not be hired from a reliable employer and specially in the US. I'm not aware of India but in Dallas when I applied for a job my company hired me using https://www.avatarfleet.com/ and they were really strict and thorough checking everything regarding my profile. This turned out to be a great advantage as we all use several trucks, and they are all in great shape and well taken care of from all the drivers that work for the company.
