I received a slightly damaged item shipped by eBay Global Shipping
filed the case provided pics, that person said it would be closed in my favor and refund issued. No need to return item
Few days later now they are asking the seller to issue a return label and I return it. On the phone they said "because its high value" return to seller is required
Any suggestions how I could get eBay to refund me without returning the item?
