Additional Information:
User contacted me for my exchanged service (PayPal to LTC) and he just decided to after 2 deals, to try and refund the money he sent to my paypal.
Leaving me with 2 deal disputes for no reason as he received his money.
I guess it's my fault for dealing with this kind of creeps non-upgraded.
Just hoping he gets banned or he somehow removes the deal disputes or sends the $$ on LTC back.

By the way, he stopped replying as soon as I told him I knew it was him.
Clear scam to be honest.
Crypto address for a refund: will be provided in DMs or he just removes the refund on paypal

After talking on telegram user has supposedly closed them, for me they are "on revision"
Whatsoever, let's just wait a little since this can be paypal fault.
Will update in 24-48hrs or as soon as I get a email from paypal about these disputes.
