Additional Information: I was Looking for visa/mastercard Have balance on it and he sent message and said I have it and said its not allowed to sell this things in C.io but he still gave me his discord and we talked and then I asked at least how much money have on the card He said 75$ so I bought it for 15$ and then it didnt work
