i contacted arshy on discord and told him if he has some steam gc
he said yes and give me his paypal email so
i buyed a steam gift card 20$ with 10.5$ paypal
after that he ignore me and when he comeback
he said that i should wiat 24-48H bcz his pc is on repair
i waited 48H and nothing , he didn't send me my gc
