What do you really need? OBS for recording or OBS for streaming? PC Specs and Internet speedtest would be apreciated for better help
Also, streamlabs has a "auto configure" option wich is not that bad, you just have to pick if you want to stream or record and it will do the normal setup for you.
For scenes, its up to you, the overlays, the counters, the notifications, if you have all of those just put them there.
My only advice is, make 1 scene for each game for better customization.
When you do 1 scene for every game, it tends to mess with your overlays because each game has its own UI, and you will need to reposition each element of your stream accordingly.
