@Gabiotaco12 It looks like an issue on your end as you've locked the accounts yourself by logging into them 1 by 1 via phone. Hence the seller can't be held responsible or forced to refund as he's not at fault. Even though he should've been more responsive in this case. Try the accounts with a rotating proxy to see if that would work. I will mark this as closed. Closed.
