ltc scam report- didn't complete the task correctly

Additional Information: I asked this user for a script that could handle millions lines of data without being slow. The threading doesn't repeat which is correct. But the way he designed the threading with the sentlinks completely freezes the program on start which slows down the threading process entirely- making this script worthless for me.

I hired another guy for this same exact task, and ran into the same issue with the program freezing. The seller is claiming it doesn't slow down threading but it obviously does.

The gif above shows that the sentlinks data slows down the threading entirely. Freezes the program for like 15+ mins.

The guy also said on discord "please open a scam report"

first of all, the clip above does not show the program freezing for 15 minutes, the clip is 7 seconds long, and the program is featured for 3 seconds

okay now to the important part.
the user *clearly* never mentioned the loading speed of sentlinks.txt as it is in no way related to threading or such. the said "threading" is the part where is visits the urls, and that is done correctly without any complaints.

i have no idea what schizophrenic life dilemma the user is experienced but they are obviously going to devs, asking them for something, opening a scam report for them  not doing something he didn't ask them to do and then swimming in a pool of money.
this literally happened with devsly programming service a while back, and it will keep happening if mods keep letting this slip

here, at backboard.dev, we value customer experience and provide everything there is. if it was agreed upon in the initial terms of the agreement, i would be glad to implement this

dear staff, backboard.dev is already struggling and new, and people like this are ruining life for us

please make the right decision.

ps. i would like to add that both links.txt and accounts.txt are loaded in the same way, and sentlinks.txt had no extra requirements for loading

you got many things wrong in that assumption.

I never asked for my money back in the previous hire of this same script, I instead dropped it as the developer was not experienced enough to make it anymore optimized, and it wasn't the exact guideline. 

Although, for our deal- I strictly asked the data to be efficient- which is not. 
For the gif only being 7 seconds long- I can upload a youtube video shortly of me waiting to run the program.

Sentlinks is data, and the requirement was to make the data efficient and not effect threading.

Which it totally effects threading as we are waiting 15+ minutes. Where we shouldn't be waiting at all for threads to start.

He thought he could get away with writing a basic threading using module for $35 and ignore the fact that I asked for a threading system that had no effect in performance with millions line of data. All which can be proved in the video I will upload.

This guy is acting very weird, calling me a schizo when also trying to appear "nice" when he actually was upset I made the report. He literally said "please make the report" and once I was typing it up he said "i really hope you arent making a scam report right now".

This guy also basically begged me to do this project when I was more happy to wait to find someone else as his way of accepting this task was childish as I knew he didn't read my task with full detail. 
Typical cracked development service, going to be negative reviewing this guy even if I get my money back

your proposed criteria is literally met, the millions of lines of data are *not* slowing down threading. they are “slowing down” (which they aren’t) the start of the program, which you had no exclusive criteria for.

the amount of information in your post that is irrelevant to this scam report is crazy, i do realize that you are trying to make this your “cry for help” and victimize yourself, but everyone knows who is in the right here

i would like to add that i specifically PRELOAD the actual sentlinks.txt before the threading starts in order to prevent threading slowdown
