Additional Information:
I contacted the seller to buy a psn account, asked about warranty and he assured me it will last months also told me the account was different and without a owner so I bought instantly trusting that what he said is true since it’s a reputable upgraded person here in CIO and his store has some time on the market
But I was wrong, four days after buying the account for 30$ im playing normally on the account (after being told the account had no owner and just to play on the main profile) and suddenly I get kicked out of the account since someone else is playing turns out it did had a active owner and the seller lied to me, few minutes after the owner removed me from the account
The seller promised me help to fix if troubles happened with the account but I been ignored for days when asking for help, when he finally replied saying he would “check shortly” he disappeared for a whole day and when I texted him about it he never replied to me, but friends also texted him to see if he was active and he did replied to them but kept me ignored instead of solving my issue
I want a refund of the 30$ since I see the words he promise about the accounts aren’t true and same thing can happen again
