make a new type of moderator that can only ban recently registered users/users without a rank
you could hire trusted users for little to no pay to filter out all that bullshit g2a spam and shitty discord scam messages
worst case a user bans a bunch of newly registered users which you could probably easily reverse
it would easily help the moderators with reports and filter a lot of the shit out
