Hi so i wanna release a program for this forum but idk if its a virus / rat or not, can anyone of u disinfectors help me? I also need to auth the tool if someone can help. ty :)

You could just virustotal it, Wouldn't be as good as thoroughly going through it, But it could give you an idea if its bad or not i suppose

vt said it was 100% clean, which seemed a little weird

Virtual Machine and check if it adds any suspicious stuff to the registry.
