please remove +1/-1 rep and +1/-1 vouches from new members (Suggestions)

hey all

so , what happened is this person here :https://cracked.to/member.php?action=profile&uid=285149 came to my attention that he boosts reps and vouches.
and i have seen that he has made bunch of accounts with like 1min online time and could rep and vouch without any issues.

so my suggestion here is that it could be much better if they had the ability to rep and vouch after spending at least 2days or so.
that could be the best option to avoid rep and vouch boosts and to avoid mods spending their time to review reports of rep and vouch boosts.
its kind of bad that new members can immediately rep and vouch without spending any time on here.

any other suggestions?

You can boost your credits by spamming threads on a secondary account, probably cash links. And send the rewarded credits to your main account. https://cracked.to/newpoints.php?action=rewards

a new suggestion would be that Rewards can be locked till the person has at least 1day online time or so.

I Disagree, New users should have the ability to +1 & -1. They also matter, for Instance, if someone sells on Instagram, and he recently moved to Cracked.to, more often than not he will say "If you've ever bought from me please +rep me or Vouch for me.

This is a touchy subject. New members matter but at the same time this leaves the window to be abused like it is.
