pool prize for staff

i suggest implementing a pool prize for staff, this pool is feed by users that can decide to add credits or money to the pool, the pool will then by split and sent to each staff member.
that way we are making their job worth more and it's also something good for the community, just my thoughts.

I think it's a great idea but it would be better if the money went only to the person and not to all the stuff this would improve the quality because every employee would want to earn some money and the activity of the stuff would be greater than it is now
