give certain individuals some type of "role" like in discord to hide any type of posted thread (temp) untill a staff member gets online and reviews it and unleashes it

edit: 
i forgot to mention that ofc only trusted people in the forum can do this, their "perms" would be to ONLY hide threads not edit them in any way.
and if they hide stuff as a joke/hate towards someone they would get a temp ban or a punishment a staff member would choose
