Ive been working with paypal for years and i know its a mess... but sadly it provided me the income, so i know how to deal with them, i have been 1 year verified with business account and its all going great, good luck on that unlocking, if you need something dm me

Try to talk with them on FB messenger directly.
I got all my limits off my paypal like that.
Asked them what i need to do etc and i will do.
Next morning all limits were gone.

Just be kind and explain and talk with them.
They should get everything done.

I know there are bad persons on PP and kind ones and they change.
