so I purchased a paypal account from these guys and paid the 65$ they asked for, they delivered the account the next day, and there is no phone access with the account.
even tho in their thread it says that the 65$ comes with phone and email access and their guide it says the account comes with google voice.
I reached out to them, they said if I want to have phone access I have to pay extra 6$ and I did. even tho if i knew that a 65$ come without phone access I wouldnt purchase in the 1st place.
anyway they said they wont even link the account with the new phone number for me, they will just give me google voice account and it doesn't work they will refund 6$ which sound like a joke for me, I never saw anyone selling stealth paypal without any sms access google voice or other. anyway I want a total refund of 71$.

and as you can see on their thread, it says clearly 65$ (EU-US) accounts comes with ( phone and email access ) while they tried to deny that in chat. even their 55$ plans should come with ( phone and email access )

Our US accounts only come with mail access, that's why the cheap pricing. We have disabled the 2fa on the phone number so you don't have to worry about it being asked to you, but you can additionally add a phone number if that's what you please. Only the EU Account require a phone access, which we do provide.

We were kind enough to help you with a GV Account which u indeed paid $6 for, which we have not delivered yet since our supplier is offline. If you want, we can refund you for the $6 paid for the GV Account.

As far as we are concerned,  we have successfully delivered what you paid for. A stealth US Account /w Documents, VCC Attached, No Limits, and Mail Access, the sales for stealth accounts are final and there are no refunds since the account is working and the warranty has been ended, as our TOS states:

you guys just coming up with this ( US doesnt come with phone ) Just now and i dont know what price you talk about, i purchased the highest one you have to offer and even paid more 6$ as you guys asked so I paid 71$ for the account and your thread saying that the 55$ and the 65$ both comes with (phone and email access)

and i am not denying that the account access worked fine, but then I checked the info you sent me and didnt found any access for the sms, then i messaged you guys back and no one replied, then this (US doesnt come with sms) scenario started. bro I buy steath paypal for years, never purchased an account without sms access even the most trash ones. anyone know that sms access has nothing to do with 2FA, sometimes they ask for sms verification when you send funds, or whatever. and I cant risk to use the account and have my funds stuck there and cant withdraw because you cant provide a google voice account for a 70$ account

and about your tos the point here is not about an invalid account, but you delivered an incomplete product. I should get the account exactly as it mentioned in your thread,  thats what i paid for and thats what i should get .. docs + vcc + phone and email access thats all

My thread clearly states that only the EU Packages come with Phone Access, not the US ones. - also the guide is universal, so that's why it says there to change the GV credentials, for the EU packages.

Also, how could you be demanding a full refund for a working stealth account, when you simply have misunderstood that you are not receiving the phone access while u anyway can add a phone number to the account at anytime.
I'll retain from replying anymore and wait for @Darkness to reply.

I just checked your thread here on c.io you didnt send me this price list in our chat in ticket, sorry if you have different info everywhere about your products, and btw I tried to add the phone number myself and it didnt work and I mentioned that in ticket,

But you, instead of waiting for my reply on the tickets you decided to open a non-sense scam report and leave a negative vouch on our thread just because of your own misunderstanding. 

If you are going to close the scam report, and remove the negative vouch, we will help u link a phone number to your account or provide with a replacement account with a linked phone number since you paid extra for it.
