Additional Information: he contacted me on a double account (surely to clear his name), he confirmed in DM on cracked as you can see on the screenshots that it's really him since he confirmed that I was in full communication with him on Telegram. I'm still waiting for the file, I'll delete only if I get my money back/he gives me the file I paid for.
