also i paid 10$ to top-up it's balance and he tells me that there is temporary problem with them... so if there's problem with them why did you sell me the account itself in the first place?! because if you told me that pep has issues with deposits i wouldn't bought it. like they only way to use this account is to deposit money in it and pay with turkish lira and if that is not working what it's use?!

i paid for a tier 2 account and i got a tier 1.
before you deliver the account you could've told me that you're gonna give me a tier 1 account and i would told you i don't wan't it
