Additional Information:
So I bought the account on March 10, everything went smooth and all was ok. The account worked upon delivery.
I've been working on setting it up for payments and received about a total of $500 via Stripe to this date.

Today I was gonna login and check the amount and have withdraw the money I've received. Upon logging in to the Google Voice I was asked to confirm by receiving a text, call or write the recovery phone number (which I never received, and I never had to enter before). So I tried to use the recovery e-mail, but I could not access it because I didn't receive the password for it. So basically I'm locked out.

He told me he'd contact the supplier to check this. Which was fine, but when I noticed the amount of scam reports here I knew there's something else to this.
It's too much of a coincidence.

I only logged in a few times the first couple of days to connect the Stripe Business to a shopping platform, once that was done I was waiting to get some payments.
So I can't confirm what date the phone verification was added. You did not state it's a shared account or that there is a potential that "someone" will add phone verification to it.
Even if you buy the accounts from another supplier you should make it mandatory to get access to the recovery e-mail as well. But apparently you do not have access to that recovery e-mail.

I would happily remove this thread if you manage to get access to the recovery e-mail or phone number and I'm able to access the account again, refund or ban works too.

Also there were no clear instructions on how to exactly use the account and/or secure it.
Maybe you should add that information to all your future clients... if you're still around.

@Stealthway Refund him or you can give him the password to the account within 24 hours, Since you cause this whole mess by not giving him the email password nor did you give him instructions that he MUST change the password.
