I don’t see how this would prevent scams, it would maybe delay them? Or make the scams happen with even less anticipation. Sellers would just wait for 1 month (like some already do) and then scam freely.
It’s on people to start using mm and to stop paying upfront and trusting randoms with their money. As long as people pay upfront for ANYTHING they will keep getting scammed.


Also it would be on staff's conscience if the person they ''allow'' to sell ends up scamming. This restriction would only make staff liable for whatever scams happen more than right now.
