Additional Information: The first payment went smooth, then we needed another plivo account, we asked him if he can let the price to $135 or something like that he said yes, NotStiles sent the amount and then he told us to wait. We did, 2 days and nothing. After that he sent us an account, but it didn't worked and now he's not answering to our messages on telegram anymore. His telegram: @sway24 and id 5455454489
