Amount or Item(s) Scammed:$13 worth of reddit cookies

I asked him if he wanted etsy.com cookies as in the title and he said no to me then he asked me for reddit cookies and I sent him 1290 valid cookies and he said he would pay $0.01 for each but he still didn't pay and he just keeps waiting, doesn't even look at messages.
