verification emails are not sending to @protonmail.com emails

I'm literally just trying to use the site, I forgot my email for @Suicune it's been 6 days no response from admin. I understand! my fault. 

so I tried creating a new account with a @protonmail.com but its not sending verification messages. and yes I triple checked if its the right email and requested multiple verification emails.

hope this can be solved, thank you.

1.Open a thread in Staff Support section to recovery your main account, admins will help you Or pm them again.
2.It should work, did you also check the spam folder?
