what is best way to be untracable as possible lets say hypoteticly that i am  chased by the FBI if i want to message somone that is on clear web what is best way for me to not get caught. Lets say that i can use tor because platform has no ip ban or firewall to block tor trafic, is it best way to use tails OS with sock5 config on my computer and conect to some RDP that uses tor to conect to that platform?

I used to do this before Mullvad -> VM -> Mullvad -> Rdp -> proxy and then what u want to use
