Additional Information: I first contacted him telling him that i may get the stuff he needed, wich is pretty difficult to get, this guy been ignoring me since 3 days but said "we continue with payment" i'm tired of this kind of non serious person threw c.to.
He said "i'm at work" and told me to wait 2 hours, wich i did, but he continued with the i'm at work story, i don't know why he was looking for that document, i've showed everything possible as an proof and even ready to deal threw MM.
Crypto address for a refund: Waiting for him to reply on telegram.

I am in my right to decide whether to complete a payment or not, maybe I found a better seller (it was the case), that's why I post a thread looking for offers, to decide which one to stay with, if at the time of payment I back out, I don't think I scammed you or disrespected you.
