✨My inbox is 100% empty✨ however i keep getting inbox full warnings

pleanty of users have claimed to DM me on here and say my inbox wont accept new messages since its full, please correct this error, as i have deleted every single message ive ever gotten both from inbox and trash.

and it still says im full.
