First off. On site it states in my FAQ that for FASTER responses to contact us on telegeam at @cheering, you decided to contact us via email where we only operate on weekends for email support.

Second off if you OVER pay or UNDER pay on Coinbase commerce it will not automatically fufil it and that is not on us. We can fufil it tho by you contacting us via telegram
