Getting abused, harassed and Blackmailed from developer Google App

Hi EVeryone!
I Installed one app on my mobile for a quick loan but I uninstalled it right away when I saw too many fees and markup on the loan. But now I am getting harassed and blackmailed by the developer as he get my contact list and now asking me to pay him as he photoshopped some of my pics that he download from social media (as I provide my email address in app). what I do, as I already contact google, report the app and local authority in my country too!
i had his email, phone number. kindly be kind with replies as I know I made one big mistake to give permission to the app! Any help will be great!

All good never rely and trust on police they wont do anything even if they are talking face to face. he wont do anything from his personal phone number to your contact list, why do you care people photoshop you at least he will advertise you raped but photoshopping just shows how clown he is all good

I know Police will not do anything that's the reason I come to this Forum for help! regarding the photoshopped images i don't care about them, I am just disturbed by how he talked and harassed me! I got scammed and hacked a couple of times that doesn't hurt BCS it's part of the Game! but the way he talked and start sending messages to my contact is not fair!
i had the email address that he provide to google apps. the phone number that he sends me messages and Whatsapp number!
if it's not against forum policy i can share the link to his app, all detail here!

I doubt he can really do anything other than harass and threaten you.  Surely you can block him somehow?  I get that he has access to some personal stuff, but he can only do so much with it.  He doesn't have your identity, at least I don't think so from what you said, so that's a plus.  I know he's trying to embarrass you or whatever, but riding it out and ignoring him is your best play IMO.  He'll stop if you don't engage hopefully.  Keep in mind that paying for the app is pointless, as he can still bother you.
