Hey girls, I am located in Canada where I believe my gains are not taxed. I deposited around 12k with my credit card like a degenerate and got up a little bit over 100k. The website has been withdrawing in increments of 20k per day and all this is going into my bank. I already put a loss limit on my account to not donate back the amount to them but now do I need to file a report or something? What should I do with all this lol… profit of 100k in 1 week is insane to me. Already withdrew a big chunk around 41k left in pending

I dunno how regulations about casinos work in Canada so you should do some research, for example here in my country (Europe based) withdrawals from casinos are taxed already from the casino itself so technically you do not have to declare anything. In any case with such a large amount I'd say you're on a watchlist for sure, so it would be better to do your research asap and in case declare your winnings to avoid trouble with the tax agency.

with a withdrawal of $100k into a bank from ANYWHERE you 99% need to file a report or something and if you dont the feds will come to you and make you file one.
Do yourself and the feds a favor, call the bank, tell them you won 100k$ gambling and you can also get proof for that from the casino itself and give that to the bank.
Long story short it 100k$ outta nowhere seems sus and will make the bank hold it back and feds involved so be smart and tell them about it
