Additional Information: Work with this guy a lot about WA bans, and in some point he offered perm bans for 150$ , https://prnt.sc/lPNKmvET9pY9 Gived some accs for test, and did not successful . but no problem, had some other orders, and wasn't scammed. But after some time asked again about bans and gave one account for ban(price was the same what asked for perm) https://prnt.sc/F3ClVvELz9Z1 . Thanks god i reasked is it perm. He said no, then i tried to cancel https://prnt.sc/c7mN8UgbRpjF but promised that they will not unban so ok, guy promised me, work with him a lot, why not to trust. After some hours job is done, i sent money. AND guess what? Account unbans . https://prnt.sc/QOORED5AMQ7Y i asked to refund, because it's worthless ban and not what i asked. Warned him that i DON'T need it if will UNBAN. I don't need a reban, had a lot of that, and i know that it will unban again. No point of that. But as you can see he covers by TOS. Which i can't get , always says about PERM bans, but they can unban and free reban. I don't give fuck about TOS, if in private he says that will not unban. We argued a lot and came that he will compensate with WA bans, but he warned me that in 22th may he is going on vacation until some june. so np, but can't wait until comes back and do job. so warned that can wait until 25th and then finding another banner, https://prnt.sc/1Lx7l0pEaRmg. i did that, sayd about it, And he is not wanna refund me. Hate when can't stick promises
. And probably he is misleading all customers, everywhere says that bans is perm https://prnt.sc/e8KnbPcuutfY , but they probably not. Even in thread says that Will reban in any case, but probably marks in tos, that don't take responsibility if can't reban. So i paid a lot for Whatsapp rebans, because seller is screwy and of course didn't even try to do reban for free. Lost more than 400$ because of that. And if it is against rules, i'd like to get that money back too.

hey @Kenta you are forgetting that i promised a reban before i started the deal i did not say i would do refund nor you asked me if it gets unbanned would you refund its clearly mentioned in my TOS also that a free reban will be provided , the moment you said i don't want ban if it unbans i already started the process and there is no way i can do to stop the process once started, i offered you compensation through whatsapp bans but you cancelled it here is the proof that the process was already started you could've told me before starting the deal when i started the deal i also said there is something wrong with method nowadays they are getting unbanned but you took so long to reply i already started the process i did not scam ok the account was banned i didn't fail, it is also mentioned in my TOs that if i fail to ban the account i will provide full refund not after the account is successfully banned . here is proof

also @Kent the rebans you paid for it was your choice to make sure the bans will happen as it is mentioned in my TOS that we will provide free reban but no assurance if it really gonna be banned so he paid for the rebans to assure it and i did assure every bans they got banned .

@Kent you didn’t say wait for my approval you always give the orders i start asap just like for whatsapp bans , see you are my really old client again it hurts seeing this but i don’t take any assurance you must have read my TOS before dealing with me if you were not agreed with my TOS then why you started dealing with me @Liars if he read my TOS before dealing then why he made the deal?
