Bad behavior and scamming. Not giving out account

We needed with my colleague bunq account for VCCs primarily but specific countries like, we had available only Netherlands and Germany but needed other countries.
Found clown on cracked, bought account for 210$, in around 24 hours - the only thing he sent was email and password. 

Tried to log in to bunq - it asks for pincode, pincode didn't work. Tried to log in to gmail - gmail asked for digit confirmations, clown wasn't able to provide codes.
After that he started writing bad words in my address, tell that he will open report on cracked (lol I paid 210$ for account didn't receive it and he will open report)

I think moneyback here is solution or he should apologize for bullshit that he was writing on tg and give normal account, that's it.

you are brained like a monkey, you didn't give any pincode, you didn't give even email access to log in, not to speak for phone number or anything. If we sell bunq we usually sell it with emulator and there are no questions with it. You didn't give basically any instructions on how to login, you just send email and password that didn't work that's it

I didn't need any incharge account, I need bunq Sweden or list of countries I provided. I've never heard about any incharge I thought it's just word you use while chatting, incharge is translated as responsible. It's not displayed anywhere on your website

We needed bunq we couldn't log in to bunq as it was not bunq it was other account details, I needed exactly bunq and I was writing about it to you and plenty other sellers same time
