Additional Information:I contact the seller about refund ( amazon.de ) he told me deadlines 14-30 days for refund confirmation, the method he use was fake return SE. after almost a month he don’t even send the FTID, the return window for my order almost expire and I normally return my item, I also contact him and he always tell me to wait. One week after the return window was closed he send the FTiD. And now he tell me that I scam him! I send him 100 euro upfront and don’t even ask it back, but now I want upfront back.
He miss return window dates, he delay his own refund window for more that 30 days! And he have nuts to tell that I scam him

I told him that the deadline is no problem and that the refund will work flawless,he didn't tell me that he wanted to return the item but instead ghosted me before I managed to find his cracked profile and messagec him.
He did the refund by himself and that's why he stayed so quite.
He owe me 25% and this is not fair.

EDIT: The return deadline doesn't matter as long as I had the return label and I shipped it 1 day after  I told him that everything will be alright !

EDIT 2 : I will refund his money if moderators/admins will log in to his account and see if he created a new return label for a legit return or did the refund with my ftid label.
