Additional Information: Paid for scan and since then he's been unresponsive and didn't even read my messages, even after several pings. He's been online on the forums since then, so it's clear he is intentionally avoiding me.

This is an updated scam thread as I've already created one before, and the user did get banned after being unresponsive. I still did not get my refund for service I paid for and didn't receive as agreed on.

I paid for a same day scan, but didn't receive it until few days later. Seller excuses himself that his ap got burned and couldn't do the scan, but he didn't tell me any of this until after I had opened the dispute.
Also, the agreement for our deal was for the scan to be done the same day, not few days later, no matter if the ap got burned or not.

Seller didn't even respond that day, but the day after.

He didn't do the scan that day, not the day after that either, but on the third day. During this time he also ghosted me, not one single message was sent to me that his ap was burned. He could've easily just sent me a message saying it was burned and asked if I want to wait for him to get a new one, or if I want a refund.. but he didn't.

Deal was scan same day. He failed to do so. There was no agreement for anything else, no matter the excuses & reasons he has with the AP being burned.

All I know is that the agreement was for you to do the scan same day. You didn't mention anything about any delays or your AP getting burned until after you made the scan on 25th, but then it was already to late.

@MarioMNa1 He ordered it for the same day. Which you agreed you can do. However, you did it days later. Refund him within 24 hours.
