So, the dude contacted me on telegram, asking for ZEN Account and I have informed him that I have Zen Personal or ZenBusiness.COM (Which is not Zen.com provider) accounts for sale. Then he decided to buy off the ZenBusiness.COM account from me and we decided to use Sqre as middleman, once the funds were received by the MM I have provided the account, we have completely changed the credentials to his personal ones, I helped him to setup 2FA on his phone and 30 minutes later, he came up with the idea of asking for refund, because the ZENBUSINESS.COM doesn't accepts IDEAL as payment source. First of all I didn't know he's looking only for IDEAL Payment providers (Because as I mentioned I didn't knew that this is the thread about), second I have strictly mentioned that it's not from zen.com platform but different zen (zenbusiness.com) which he , himself didn't gotten informed if they do accept ideals or not before proceed to any further deal. Third: I cannot take account back after changing everything to his personal information (Which is done trough the support, because in this platform this is the only way) and Fourth I cannot take responsibility of what he had done, had tried to do with the account and or if he failed to do and then started asking to get refunded. I won't risk getting the account back and try selling it to third person which will lead to impairment of my reputation or marking me as a scam, which I'm not trying to be.
He pretended to open this DD and get his money back. I have informed him if admins decide in his favour that he will get his money back, but if the admins decide in my favour i'm not getting my account back, why is that I'll let you decide.
P.S Forgot to add that I haven't mentioned the zenbusiness.com as response on his buyers thread. I believe that I made it clear to buyer that this is not the usual zen.com merchant or zen.com business accounts and this is a different platform.

Thank you for opening this Dispute.
Right from the start, I made it super clear that I wanted an IDEAL payment option. I asked FuryTate multiple times, during our Telegram conversation (Attachment 2) for clarification, just to make sure we were on the same page. He even responded to my thread (Attachment 1), so I thought we were good.
I tried my best to resolve things between us, but we couldn't figure it out. So I suggested going through the deal dispute process. And you know what? FuryTate agreed to it, as you can see in the last screenshots of the IMGUR album.
But now FuryTate is saying I "pretended" to start the dispute. Seriously? I was the one who brought it up in the first place! It's frustrating to see this misunderstanding.
I hope the deal dispute brings a fair judgment. I believe in open communication and finding a solution that works for everyone. Keeping my fingers crossed for a resolution.

The fact that you even need to state how that "Sure" is intended to be interpreted by a reader (me, in this case). Shows that you already know that the confusion is caused by your end. I'm just playing your stupid game. I really don't believe you will get off this that easily, but let's see. Ofc that is what you're gonna turn it out into, because it works in your favour, but the truth is, that i have been agreeing with you on what you're about to get.
It's not about the money. I've been making that sum on daily basis, the issue is you may get your money back, but this account can't be used and or sold no more, thanks to you. Even if you "Return it" as you mentioned after "You haven't used it" but kept it for that long time ,before you started with all this bullshit and complaining about getting refunded I don't have any purpose of getting this account back. That's why I am selling my account with only LOGIN WARRANTY, because i am not responsible of what "You" people are doing with it. Everyone can get account , use it for various bs and then simply "Return" it to me. That's definitely not how it works.

I have just received a call to my Hushed number (that was/is linked to the above account) that the Money pro account has been refunded. This means that regardless of the outcome of this Dispute that the account is unusable (if either i wanted to resell it or OP wants to resell it again)
My Proton mail linked to the account shows the following refunds as well (see chat logs for the proof that this is my proton account)

1st of all you just admitted giving the account to 3rd person/looking to resell it , even though there's DD ongoing.
2nd I have no advantage of refunding this, because i'm still waiting for my payment to be made, on other side you do. I don't know if you fucked up with something (If you done something fraud which has leaded to refund, or you have done the refund yourself just to make it look like i'm doing something wrong.) Since the account was on my hands no refunds were issued (The account was in my hands for more than month and a half and i've been offering it for sale since).

3rd Money pro is firstly ordered in 2022 with renew subscription, which renewed on 06/02 ( 12 days ago ) How is possible that refund wasn't issued so far, but once you took the account, decided to get refund and didn't worked out for you, days later refund was issued to the payment method showed above?
4th I already mentioned there is nothing that can be done with the account, obviously your friend even tried to contact me and fuck me over with you, once he realised I keep on what I am saying and it's not gonna work , then bailed?
