Additional Information: I paid for the service for my holidays and on checkout was told me that wasn't paid for the book, I had to pay 1.1k euro from my pocket, my salary was gone that day and this guy from day 11 of June till yesterday sent me 91€ claiming he doesn't have enough funds to pay back when I know he has.

@Liars just to lyk the guy didn't get scammed for 1k euros. His reservation was 1k euros, he paid 443 euros for the booking:

The 1k euro was what the hotel charged him *full price).

@Munger86 Next time don't buy shady bookings if you don't want your holiday ruined. With that being said, you are only owned what you paid to @RougeB4U. After all you were doing a fraud and it just didn't work.

Sure, and you paid him 443 euros, not 1000. So that's what he needs to send you back. You took the risk - you purchased a hotel booking from a gray hat forum. It didn't work out and there is nothing anyone can do about it. Doesn't change the fact you need to be refunded only what you paid though.
