Additional Information: Evolot messaged me 2 weeks ago on Telegram and asked if I was interested in a thread design and a signature for my SMM service. I liked his previous work so I paid 55$ for those designs and he claimed that it would be done in 2-3 days. When I messaged him days after the deadline he was telling me that everything is done and he's uploading it. After no response from him I messaged @Evolot via the forum PMs but he ghosted me.
