Additional Information: I paid for a chime account, it was supposed to take 24 hours, I received after 48 hours, had a few issues with the email which was normal, 5th day now I tried to finally login and the account is locked, tried to request for a refund since I wait for a long time when it was supposed to take 24 hours, and his worker is on vacation days, can't wait that long for a 24 hours service and would like my money back

Basically it's not scammed but since refund is not an option and I need to wait a few days for 24 hours service, didn't had a choice, I can't wait longer, will take from somewhere else since I'm in a rush
