So some of you have realised  that cracked.to is growing fucking fast, but at the same time its not damn protected, I can go to the court and report cracked.to and can get it taken down within mins.

So @florain, start signing papers, make a TOS, make a disclaimer do everything to protect the website, nulled would've been taken down if they didn't do the same, now its our turn.

This refers to domain takedown, OP was referring to a seizure, more or less server wise, which by the way, odds are stacked that Cracked is hosted in the United States, or another country that works internationally in conjunction with the United States for takedowns.

Overall though, I agree, administration really should make sure many precautions are in place, including avoiding incriminating themselves.
