Hi guys, please ban this scammer

Amount or Item(s) Scammed:   - 100$ -- 2000 accs att fresh + capture fb phone

I bought from him the first time 3000 accounts for $120, the accounts were acceptable.
After I paid another $150, he gave me trash accounts, I told him to give me a replacement, he gave me after a few days, still trash accounts.
Then he contacted me and told me that he has ATT fresh for sale, he gave me 5-10 tests, they were good, I sent him $100 and he blocked me on telegram and pidgin. The kid is from Romania from Alexandria.
I have already received the ips and sent them to a friend who works at the guard.

I talked to him on telegram and pidgin, he deleted the conversations, but I found a channel where he scammed other users (more picture's with this scammer a go few days)

First, I have not scammed anyone melix and others. Melix paid for accounts, he got accounts but was not all hits ( this is because he rechecked em with shit config ).
Second, ok if you think I am scammed you, I  am agree to refund you $100 if you have some evidence.. You have no proofs that I scammed you. You know that on the PIDGIN YOU CANNOT REMOVE / CLEAR CONVERSATIONS SO STFU IDIOT.
