Additional Information: First I created a ticket on discord server, but got no response, and after I gave a message on telegram.. On telegram I filled up the form but nothing after that.. I do not want the product anymore, because team seems to be dead..

You said there is support on discord, but your team seems to be offline all the time. I do not want in the future to wait 24h everytime for every question. I still want my refund, don’t want to deal with such service while there are more better services

This way we wont send you duplicate builds & will help to avoid other issues

Builds & support are typically sent fast, I was busy with ongoing things IRL so please be considerate

As I stated to you earlier, in the Terms you agreed to it states "3. All sales are final, no refund. ". I have delivered your product so I don't see any reason to refund you
