use cocnut oil. different taste but better for heart.

if using oil only use to cover pan so food doesnt stick.

red veggies = good for heart

green = good for immune and digestion

yellow = ?

purple = ?

im vegi and eat only eggs with veggies, nice mix.

red meat is shit food. dead food. dead energy. takes 24hours to digest if cow. 72hours if pork. google it. np

thanks

Instead of frying, try baking, grilling, or steaming your food. These methods keep the flavors intact while reducing added fats. As for veggies, opt for nutrient-rich options like broccoli, spinach, carrots, and bell peppers. Also sometimes it is not enough to cook healthy food to be healthier so try some sports too.

Thank you, i will take this advise for sure.  [Image: kek.png]

• instead of oil use olive oil
• make your diet more varied
• set aside simple sugars or at least limit them
there are many ways to make tasty snacks with a good nutritional composition

I don't eat any animal products and maybe that makes me healthier?  Not sure though.  We live in an agricultural place, so have access to tons of fruits and veggies.  We eat lots of that.  My hubby cooks and bakes everything, including bread.  We use some coconut oil and coconut milk.  Not a lot of processed food either.   We eat peanut butter and other legumes for protein.  That's what works for me at any rate.
