Additional Information: He's been giving me the run-around for days now. He initially said that he would deliver the service in 5 hours, then ghosted me, then when I said I was going to open a scam report he said to give him 24 hours, then after 24 hours said he needed another 2 hours. Just want my money back at this point and don't want to do business with him. He's a terrible person to buy anything from.
