Additional Information: i got my ebay seller acc restricted permanently and this was the last thing that I've done for it to get it back...A guy from the forum replied to my thread that his brother works for ebay and can do it for me. Sonhe made a group chat with me and his brother in Telegram. I was sceptical at first but when we discussed it further both of them made me believe that they are legit. I know it was stupid to believe some random guy but at least he is from the forum.

On the image you provided of the payment it has transaction id and its showing a couple of numbers not the hash which means its a transfer between two binance wallets so contact binance they might be able to help not 100% sure but you don't lose anything
